of our inventory comes from lease return equipment that has
been in service at major corporations. The other
portion of our inventory comes from trade-ins. |

old are your systems? |
|
|
|
Most
of our lease return computers are between 2 and 3 years old
and have been regularly maintained and serviced by various
nationwide service companies. |

What
does PC Plan-it do to the computer when it arrives there? |
|
|
|
PC
Plan-it gives each computer a thorough check of all system
components. Each computer is cleaned and prepared for
sale including the addition of any optional equipment
requested by the customer. |

Do
these computers come with warranties? |
|
|
|
Yes.
All PC Plan-it systems come with a written warranty.
The duration of the warranty depends upon which system you
purchase. |

Does
PC Plan-it offer extended warranties for their systems? |
|
|
|
We
offer extended warranties on all our systems. You can
purchase either a 6 month or 12 month warranty. These
extended warranties provide the same coverage as your
initial purchase warranty. |

Can
the system I purchased be upgraded? |
|
|
|
All
our systems can be upgraded. The following can be
upgraded on all PC Plan-it systems: processor, memory,
CD-ROM and hard drive. |

Can PC
Plan-it build a new computer for me? |
|
|
|
Yes.
We can design and build you the latest and the greatest
system to your specifications. Don't waste your money on
things you don't need. Plan your new system with us
and get exactly what you want! |

Does
PC Plan-it service their computers? |
|
|
|
Yes.
We service all our equipment. We provide telephone
support for our systems as well as on-site repair service
which can include pick-up and delivery. We also
provide online support. You can email us or click on
the Support link above. |

Can I
use another Internet provider other than Juno on my 350
system? |
|
|
|
We
recommend you use the Juno
software that is preloaded on your computer. We have
tested most online services and found Juno to run the best
and it's free! You can purchase Juno's online service
which is much cheaper than most. If you are going to
purchase an online service, we recommend NetZero, CompuServe
or Earthlink. We do not recommend AOL. |

Do you
have working computers that cost less for younger children? |
|
|
|
Yes we
do! We have older systems that cost $185.00
each. These systems have Windows 98se and over 1,000
games. These computers are perfect for ages 3 through
12. Call or

Can I
trade a computer for a newer one? |
|
|
|
We
give top dollar for trade-ins. The amount you can
receive for your trade-in will be determined by the speed,
age and condition of your computer system. |

I
already have a computer but it's acting weird; can PC
Plan-it fix it? |
|
|
|
Yes.
We can evaluate your system and recommend to you the
appropriate action needed to correct the problem.
However, we can only warranty the work that our shop does
and not the system. |

Can
I purchase a printer or scanner from PC Plan-it? |
|
|
|
Yes.
No. Maybe! Here's what this means: We occasionally
have used printers and scanners that we recondition and
offer for sale. However, you can receive a printer for
free with our
Referral
Program. We do not offer new
printers or scanners for sale. In the last few years the
prices on these have dropped so much that honestly we cannot
purchase them any cheaper than you can. However, if
you are looking to purchase one of these items, we would be happy to make a
recommendation of the best one to purchase and one that will be compatible
with your current system. |

Do you offer any kind of
discounts? |

Yes!
We offer volume discounts per job order. We also offer special
discounts for Churches and Church Organizations, Firemen, Police Officers
and Active Duty U.S. Service Members. We offer a 10%
Seniors discount as well! |
